Is there a height or age requirement?

You must be 8 years old or older to be able to participate in the zombie paintball apocalypse without supervision. Ages 6 & 7 are able to participate with a parent or guardian on board to assist. At this time there are no height restrictions.

Something came up and now I can't make the event. Can I get a refund?

We offer full 100% refunds up until 7 days prior to the event. This gives us a chance to potentially resell your tickets. Within 7 days of the event, the event date and post event all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or rain checks.

Do you cancel for poor weather?

Our "battle buses" are all enclosed and we have covered pavilions for instances of rain. We will shut down the event in case of severe weather; ice, tornadic thunderstorms etc. Refunds will be issued in the event the facility is closed down for severe weather.

Can I bring outside food and beverages?

You are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages into the waiting area, with exceptions being no glass containers or alcohol. No food or beverages are allowed on board the buses.

Can I give my ticket to someone else if I'm not able to make it?

All tickets are stored in our database by the name, email address and phone number you input during your checkout. Unfortunately at this time we don't allow tickets to be transferred.

Can I change my dates once I've purchased my tickets?

Due to the extremely limited amounts of tickets we are selling to limit queue lines and enforce social distancing your ticket is not date transferable. Please ensure when purchasing your ticket that the date and time that you are planning on attending is correct for your schedule.
